varied optionsspacious room
i found the breakfast very varied (especially the asian options!). the hotel offered clean, spacious rooms. i also appreciated that it was close to local shops.
the gym was quite small, so it was sometimes difficult to find available equipment.

Excellent Stay Experience

The location was convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Daily fresh water bottles were provided. The housekeeping team left the room super clean. They even folded loose iPhone cords. The gym had air-conditioned comfort and modern equipment. I used it after the big breakfast.
The room door was not closing properly. I locked the door, but it did not fully close. This was like a major safety issue. I wasted time waiting for a solution.

There were several nice swimming pools and chillout areas, and the hotel felt resort-like. The gym was air-conditioned and equipped with modern equipment, so I used it frequently. Direct pool access.

Susan, my bartender at the mojito bar, was wonderful, maintaining a cheerful attitude despite the heat. her attentive service. the entire staff was fluent in english was nice, though susan shined. timmy at the poolside bar was also great. His presence really elevated the trip.
check-in was slow because the front desk was quite busy handling multiple guests at once. i wish the check-in process could be expedited.

the room was very spacious with amenities, aligning perfectly with what one expects from a five-star hotel. it included crisp white linens and towels that felt fresh, clean, and subtly scented. a large bathtub offered a relaxing soak after a long day.

loud air conditioningbreakfast overcrowding
i found a couple of things less than stellar . the air conditioning in my beautiful king room balcony was quite loud. it made sleeping a bit difficult. also, the breakfast buffet (i usually love hotel breakfasts) was often overcrowded. finding a free table was sometimes a challenge and food was running out fast, not enough tables were available at breakfast.
